How to Sign Up for SRA/LOA Online Application System

1. With your preferred search engine, type in POEA and hut search. Then, under the list, choose online services. Select ‘SRA/LOA Online Application System’. You can also click these links to redirect you to the site: www.poea.gov.ph or https://apps.poea.gov.ph/oraa/login.aspx.
2. Type in the box your username and password. Click ‘Log In’. If you needed assistance, click ‘HELP’ and a USER MANUAL will appear.
3. Change your password. To change it, just enter your username, old password, new password and confirm your password in the corresponding fields. Then, click ‘Save’.
4. After logging in, select a transaction among these four: Apply Recruitment Authority, View Status of Application, For Compliance, and Submit Report. The last choice is the Logout.

By choosing ‘Apply Recruitment Authority’, two choices will be presented: SRA and LOA.
How to Get Special Recruitment Authority (SRA)
The name of the agency as well as the date filed will be displayed according to the username used to log in and the date of accessing the site.
- Choose the Employer/Principal and the Agency Personnel who will be put in authority.
- Enter the desired venue, venue address, and duration of the recruitment process. After filling up the required information, click ‘Generate.
- Next, upload the required documents in PDF format with a maximum of 10 MB. The required files are Letter of Request, Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking and No Objection Certificate.

By clicking ‘View Status of Application’, a page will be shown containing the status of your application such as ‘ For Approval’, ‘Approved’, ‘For Signature’, and ‘For Compliance’. The purpose of this is to monitor your application status.

By clicking ‘For Compliance’, you will be redirected to a page wherein you need to upload the documents.
- Select the ‘Transaction Number’. Then, upload the documents required (NAU and NOC). Hit ‘Submit’.
- Wait for the ‘SUBMIT SUCCESSFUL’ to appear on your screen, confirming that the documents have been submitted.
Submit Reports
By clicking ’Submit Reports’, you will be redirected to a page wherein you need to upload the Terminal Report and Deployment Report. The files should a maximum of 10kb and are in Excel formatting.
- First, click ‘Choose file’ and start uploading the files required. Hit ‘Submit’ to proceed.
- After uploading the Terminal and Deployment Report, you will see that the file has been uploaded. Click ‘Submit’ for confirmation.
Logout
